Have you tried proactive? They say it’s good… When i was younger i used clean and clear, worked well but then again my acne was pretty mild… And remember it goes away after a while so don’t be discouraged!

water and exercise are best, but sometimes they won’t do the trick.
you can try anti-biotics or topical lotions, but they are expensive and could make things worse.
I suffered for years with acne, always having 2-3 sizable spots. I used everything possible and was completely addicted to over-the-counter treatments (washes, spot treatments, drying lotions, toners, masques, etc.) I spent loads.
Finally, I figured out that my skin seemed to be better in humid climates. I guess when it was getting more moisture, it stopped producing so much excess oil. So I stopped using everything that was drying out my skin. I switched to a cream cleanser and a good moisturizer.
I still use some home-made masks every now and then, and whenever I start to feel a spot coming up, I dab on some preparation H right away. It stops it from getting red and inflamed and it will usually disappear in the next day.
For home-made treatments, try a combination of baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Spread it all over your face and leave for 10 min. Wash off with warm water, gently rubbing as you remove it to get some mild exfoliation.
good luck!
wash your face
try and figure out what is causing your acne. try not to stress over the issue. try to eat a nutritious and healthy diet. i’ve included a link which i sent to a friend, it worked for her. less is usually better as switching between a lot of products can cause problems.
a chemist is a pharmacy, ketaphil is cetaphil. you can find a generic at Walgreens or CVS and my dermatologist actually recommended their generics.
not regarding acne i found a dermatologist who reviewed all my products, had me stop most of them and told me about good generics, he was worth every penny. years later i am still using less and more basic items such as honey or aloe.
i had acne for around 4 years, until i finally went to my doctor to do something about it. first i was put on creams and antibiotics, but when they had little effect i was referred to a dermotologist, who put me on Accutane/Roaccutane. google it, it’s a very harsh drug and i was on it for 6 months. it gave me back ache, headaches, depression and there are loads of other possible side effects. but for me it was worth it, acne is so hard to deal with, and i’m so glad i’ve gotten over it now. i stopped the treatment at the end of december, and since then i’ve had i think 4 spots. go to your doctor, and ask for antibiotics, and if they fail, ask to see a dermo and be put on accutane. i live in the uk, so for me it was free. if you live elsewhere you’ll have to pay for the pills, but it’s sooooo worth it. email me if you need any support or tips, and please consider accutane ever though it’s a very powerful drug. good luck!
I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.
