Question by .: Do diet pills make you gain weight after you stop taking them?
I want to start taking diet pills until I reach my goal of losing 30 pounds. I’m working out, but I feel like diet pills will give me that extra push. Would I gain weight after I stop taking them? And which diet pills would you recommend?

So called diet pills are a waste of money……………………the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to exercise more calories away that is taken in on a daily basis; that exercise must result in the person sweating off the weight, not just a light exercise…………………………anything else is just temporary

Believe me, I’ve tried any kind of diet pill that it’s on sale and none worked. When you start taking them you feel great because they are supposed to do this so you will think that they are doing some work, but they don’t. Don’t take diet pills, there are better ways of losing weight. Try finding the best diet plan that suits you and exercise as much as you can!

Diet pills are useless, save your money and buy something worthwhile instead. Diet pills are just a placebo. There is no miracle pill or supplement that you can buy that will shed the pounds off while you sit there and enjoy the show.

To lose weight one needs to diet at a calorie deficit, and exercise regularly. That’s all there is to it.

Hi ,

I can understand how difficult it is to lose weight as I struggled with this myself.
Nothing seemed to work well for the long run and I tried them all. Then a friend
found a website that discussed a new method so I tried it and loved it. Maybe this is
something which could be right for you, too.

Well, best of luck!

2 years ago I was trying to lose about 55 pounds eating right, working out jogging 3 days a week 3 miles a day. But no weight loss! A friend of mine turned me and referred me to http://buy-phentramin.com a website just right for people like me. I got information on about diet pills and especially about phentramin-d. This was a miracle. I lost my 55 pounds in 3 months or less…no side effects….haven’t worked out a day since I started taking the pill, suppresses my appetite all I had to do was drink plenty of water…

It is now 2 years later and I have even maintained the weight loss…I gained 10 here and there but all I did was pop a weeks worth of pills to knock it back off. It is amazing…if you want to get a reliable source to purchase from just let me know!

Because our diet has an immense effect on our health, it is imperative that we eat wholesome foods
to remain fit and nourish ourselves with essential nutrients. Modern society has, however,
convoluted this simple rule of life by churning out mass produced junk foods that are replete
with nutritional facts which confuse many without really providing sufficient nutrition.

The average consumer simply doesn’t have enough time to cook healthy meals these days, and so,
processed and refined foodstuffs have become the ‘saving grace’ of those facing time constraints.

The fact is that we have simply been forced to eat the way nature didn’t want us to. Our
forefathers never felt the need to read nutritional facts on packaged foods, simply because they
relied on natural foods and ate home cooked meals. The present generation has become obsessed
with all things health, thanks to the surge of junk food in the market- which, ironically, has
the requisite nutritional facts printed on food labels.

Balanced Diet:

No single food can provide all the nutrients our body requires; so for that, we need to strike a
balance between the five food groups.

If you know what makes a balanced diet, you’ll have no reason to worry about scouring the
nutritional facts behind each group. All you need to do is consume sufficient quantities of each
group every day, or every week.

A balanced diet comprises of the following food groups:

1. Dairy
2. Fruits
3. Cereals and Pulses
4. Vegetables
5. Poultry, Meat and Fish

Healthy Diet:

A nutritious diet is crucial for the prevention and cure of certain diseases and for overall
immunity. One must make a distinction between processed foods and foods that are minimally
processed or in their natural state.

Sadly, we have little choice in grocery stores, and organic foods are a tad expensive; but if you
have no way out, reading the nutritional facts label will at least help you make an informed decision, if nothing better.

Dietary Rules:

The following are a few tips about the consumption of the primary components of a healthy meal.

* Carbohydrates (carbs)

Source carbohydrates from unprocessed foods and abolish junk foods at all costs.

* Fats

Make sure your diet comprises of at least 20% healthy fats.

Avoid processed animal fats and opt for organic sources and lean cuts.

If you source your fats from healthy sources, you need not bother about saturated,
polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats, as long as you consume them in moderate quantities.

* Proteins

Ensure that you include protein in each meal to maintain energy levels. Proteins consist of
polymers of amino acids, the body’s building blocks. While your body is fully capable of
synthesizing protein, some amino acids must be derived from external sources.

Meat and dairy are the best protein sources. If possible, go for farm raised animals and local
dairy instead of choosing mass produced items.

Opt for skimmed milk to avoid consuming homogenized fat.

The bottom line is that you need not worry about nutritional facts at all if you make a conscious
decision to eat natural, healthy, and nourishing foods. Avoid refined foods like the plague and
stick to minimally processed or unprocessed foods. That is all that’s required for a healthy life.
