i usually go with clean and clear or neutorgena, im using clean and clean soft colletion and it makes my skin so soft and smooth and it detoxifys, but if you want more results in zaping blemishes i also use the neutrogena wave, it really does work and keeps acne clear for a while

The only stuff that really worked for me when I was younger was retnin-A. But it took a few weeks to work. Now that I am older, the over-the-counter stuff works well.

i went to the clinique section at macy’s one day to just get refills. but i ended up getting something different. since i was not sure the names of the things i wanted, she helped my start over. she figured out my skin type, and got me on a skin care treatment. i have bangs, so i had pimples on my forehead and i didnt even tell her that. but she asked me to move my bangs to the side and she gave me something amazing for that too.

at first i thought that she was just trying to sell me a whole bunch of things, but it wasnt like that. she really helped me and made me feel like she really cared about healing my acne. she even wanted me to come back to see the progress. it was like a trip to the dermatologist, but different.

it has definitely gotten better. maybe you should try it. i always get a really fresh and clean feeling after i wash my face, and i think that what we all want.

The lady in this video gives you products, and tips how to keep your face clean of blackheads, ACNE, pimples, zits etc etc.

I used the Olay product she mentioned, FANTASTIC RESULT!

Also, Proactive doesn’t work for alot of people..
If your skin get’s really oli easily I wouldn’t suggest using it.
I tried using it and it fried/dried my face up so badly.

Here’s the video!

Proactive Doesn’t Work for all people and its expensive

Things to do to help oily face, pimples, blackhead & the such….

1.) Dont ever pick/pop them… If you must pop them wait till they have a head and use cotton balls. Popping causes the oil & bacteria to go to near by spots and cause more pimples
2.) Wash your face twice a day.
3.) Do not over wash your face.
4.) Get a natural soap that contains Tea Tree EO. I get mine at:

http://www.itsyoursoap.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=57

Tea Tree EO kills all the nasty bacterias that causes pimples. A plus this soap doesnt smell girly. Smells like peppermint and cools the skin.

5.) Also get a astringant. But use it only every other day because you do not want to send the oil producing pores into overdrive.

If you follow these things for a few weeks your skin will look great

Just remeber this dry dry skin looks old and worn. You face needs oil to look youthful

There are so many products available for fighting acne that it’s difficult to tell which is the best for you. Which ones are genuine and which are only there to add to the profits of the pharmaceutical industry at your expense?

It’s probably best to stick to the more well-known treatments and see what suits you best. Meanwhile, did you know that any treatment can be made twice as effective if you supplement it with a couple of simple acupressure exercises. Acupressure is like acupuncture but without the needles.

Try this one. Immediately behind each of your ear lobes you’ll find an indentation. You’ll find a second indentation immediately below the ear lobe and behind the jawbone. Press these, using the index and middle fingers of each hand, but be very gentle as these points are extremely tender. These exercises give you a massive boost in combating your acne. They also help balance the thyroid gland and are very beneficial to your skin.

There are some more exercises described in the free resource listed below. I hope this helps you.

I like Proactive in conjunction with a Glycerin based face wash.

Make sure you’re not overmedicating. Washing your face too often and using acne medication too often will dry out your skin and give you a rash that will encourage breakouts.

-Wash no more than 2 times a day.
-Try to use and acne medication with Glycerin in it.
- Know what foods to eat and which ones NOT to eat. Acne is causes by the fluxuation of hormones in the body. This in turn is controlled by what foods you eat.
- Learn the natural ways to control acne so you don’t become dependent on medication to clear your skin.

The source link below has strategies to help you accomplish this goal. Best of Luck!
