Unisom works well and they don’t have pain medication in them. Or you can try the tylenol sleep aid (w/o pain medication)

I call mine kids. You’re exhausted by the end of the day and want nothing more than to lay down and sleep. No chance of a hang-over!

Unfortunately there aren’t too many out there that don’t make you feel groggy the next day. I would try Simply Sleep, it’s made by Tylenol and it doesn’t contain any aspirin or ibuprofene in it. It’s made just for trying to fall asleep.

Try a low dose of Benadryl (it’s for allergies – but it’s actually the same ingredient that they use in Tylenol pm to make you sleepy. But why get the pain reliever stuff if it’s just sleep you need.)

If you’re feeling hung over you might be taking too much.

Watch Sportscenter. Turn the volume down a little bit.

My fiancee drops off like a sack of rocks.

Melatonin. It’s the best way to go. It actually has been studied for the treatment of cancer, heart disease, immune disorders along with it being an overthecounter sleep aid + jet lag cure
