I use Simply sleep by Tylonol they work great sometimes I take 2 sometime 1 but you do need 8 hours of sleep I try to take them about an hour before I go to bed. What I like about them is you can still fuction if you have to. I get mine at Target because they are very cheap there.

I dont think so Ritchie. But an alternative would be to buy antihistamine pills instead. You can get them from any pharmacy. Its the substance they use in flu tablets and pills for rashes and cough mixtures. Shhhhh, dont quote me.
Diphenhydramine HCl is Benadryl, the substance in Tylenol PM that helps you to sleep. You can buy Benadryl 25 mg tabs or capsules just about anywhere. Store brands may be called allergy medicine.
A few things you can try.
1. Hot milk with honey or other sweetener. The milk has tryptophan in it and will make you sleepy and sleep well.
2. A single dose of benedryl.
3. Rub the soles of your feet with a small amount of clarified butter (ghee) before you get into bed.
