Question by Hannah: Is it safe to take 3 or 4 sleep aids?
I have some over the counter sleep aid and the recommend 2 usually do nothing. Is it okay to take 3 or 4? They’re just cheap equate sleep aids, nothing prescription.

im not a doctor so idk and i dont recommend doing this but, ive seen my friend take 20 melatonin 3′s and it didnt do shit

Theyre benydril. Most sleep aids are. diphenhydromine, right? Benydril. Never take more than 75mg or you’ll get really sick. it feels like your heart is gonn burst or something
i have taken 3 and i was fine
but i think its best to go with what it tells you on the bottle
3 is fine i guess though just not over that
always follow the directions that come with the medication. The sleep aid you’re talking about contains Doxylamine, an antihistamine that could have unwanted side effects if you take too much. You should look for other ways to improve your sleep.
