I am taking ephedrine supplements and I have no idea if its illegal to use ephedrine while serving in the army

It can give a false positive as a methamphetamine. It would be smart to stop.

ephedrine is banned in the Military and punishable under the UCMJ.

I took anotestine which I later foudn was not good for females, it was too late, but i was serving int he military and I took fat burners and protein drinks. Tetsosterone is not recommended, the roid rage will show up. I got some once and my gay roomamet thought that she would confront me on who was the outranking SPC in the section and I could feel the blood pumping thru my veins and the roid rage coming to the surface, I never had ot get off my bed and beat her ass, she backed down quickily, thats why you can;t use the stuff, its bad, bad, bad. My husband got caught with roids. He got mad at his NCO after throwing a knife that stuck in a table in Bosnia and his NCO was like WTF! and then he was in the bathroom with my husband and saw him drop a syringe and then he understood, ROIDS! he article 15 my usbands ass so fast it made his head spin.
So my point is, fat burners, and anything in the drug store to help you loose weight is great and protein drinks instead of meat, but not “T”!
Ephedrine isn’t illegal to take while in the Army, they don’t test for it, and it won’t show up as meth on a urinalysis.
