Im already working out, I do zumba and cardio and I have also tryed herbalife and diets please help!

Dedication. You don’t lose weight over night, took me 3 months to lose 30 pounds, and I didn’t use diet pills or any other silly gimmick. Working a labour orientated job worked. Now I currently study Muay Thai and that really works too.

In all honesty, I am in the same boat. I know from experience, they way to lose weight and be healthy is to eat right and excercise. My problem is that I am too lazy to do the right thing. Pop a pill would be simple. But I still feel that I want to do it the hard way and learn. So until I can get myself motivated, I guess I am in chuncky limbo. I doubt this helped, but it is my opinion.
