Question by Monica: if i take fat burners at age 14 will it hurt me?
I have stubborn belly fat that won’t go away with any thing i do if i follow the instrutions will it cause any harm?

It can have the opposite effect if your not careful and don’t work out everyday. Try walking after school, or doing situps in your room before u go to school will help get your day started and will help tone ur abs.

Yes, especially because you are still growing.
First and foremost your best bet is to speak with your doctor about any new exercise routine, dieting, and especially fat burners. (S)he knows your medical history, your family background, so on and so forth.
Next, I would have to say that from what I hear, fat burners are not only harmful to your body but can also be addicting. When you are 14 your body hasn’t developed completely (as I’m sure you know), and so I would *think* that would make the fat burners all the more harmful.
My advice would be to re-evaluate any exercise and diet you’re on, speak with your health care provider and/or local nutritionist.
yes, you are still growing and you could still “stretch out” if you just start eating right and excersizing.
