Is it possible to visibly see weightloss within a few days if you burn more calories then you consume?

Yes, that’s how you lose weight. But it will most likely take a few weeks before you’ll get visible results.

No it takes consistency. Most people notice real improvements/differences after about 2 weeks of changing their habits.
