You’re at a good weight right now. You don’t want to look like a walking skeleton do you?

What do you think? Answer below!

You are fine and really skinny now, at 95 you would be underweight, I wouldn’t try it.

Hey :) I’m 4′ 9″ right now and I weigh 101. I totally get why you want to get back to 95 cause so do I! I have like NO muscle at all and so working out my abs and arms and thighs are what I’m working toward. I am currently working out more often and eating a cup of cereal in the morning, a piece of fruit, a glass of V8 splash a day, LOTS of water (about a gallon of day–my small acne spots are GONE and my face is SO clear, I feel great and I’m losing weight) …..All I can say is that pills are NOT as effective and it doesn’t bring you the satisfaction of feeling well (the side effects will actually make you feel sick, often). I don’t recommend taking Apidexin. I think you should start drinking a LOT of water each day because when you do this, your body feels less hungry, so you don’t eat as much, you feel rejuvenated and your face just GLOWS. If you drink a lot of water, eat every 3 hours (to keep your metabolism burning calories!!!) and do cardio and other exercises, you WILL see the pounds shed off. Good luck :)
