Question by breakxtruelove: I want to lose weight do you know any diets?
I want to lose about 15 lbs. I work out every day. I eat pretty healthy. I was wondering if you knew about any diets, home remedies or anything? I been trying to lose these last 15 lbs for like forever. I’m desperate. Maybe some work out videos? My prob areas are Tummy, thighs. I know like in Mexico there’s a bunch of diet drinks you make at home and they work. Stuff like that?

Well, you’re kind of explaining 2 different things here. You want to lose weight but you want to target certain areas.

What I would suggest, to lose the weight fast, go on a meal replacement diet. They replace two meals a day and you still get to eat dinner. They contain all the information about what types of foods you should eat for dinner as well.

I used to work in a chemist and i have seen the meal replacement (milkshake) diets work, along with regular exercise. Some people lose a lot of weight very fast in the first week, while their body adjusts. I had a guy lose 9Kgs (18 pounds) the first week he was on the diet.

And, if you plan on doing your exercise at home, maybe you should go talk to a professional at a gym about what exercises will target certain areas? Or, just go to the video store or library, and get a video or dvd and burn it.

They all say on the covers what exercises they cover, so you should be alright. :)

Perhaps a vegan diet might help as very few vegans are overweight. This means no animal protein of any kind, not even dairy products or eggs or sea food.
