Question by mainscreen_seduction: I started taking ephedrine a week ago since then ive been getting dizzy when i stand up should i be worried?
I started taking ephedrine a week ago to aid excersise and weight loss. 1 pill per day.
since then i have been suffering from orthostatic hypotension.
ive read vasodilators (ephedrine) can cause this. i also drink a lot of coffee.
I havnt blacked out yet, and did get dizzy upon standing before i took ephedrine. should i be worried?

Yes, don’t do that.

Drink plenty of water regardless of what you decide.
