Breathing excercises. Breathe very slowly for 6 seconds in, and than out. Also taking showers at night soothes your muscles. Loud fans or sound soothers help your mind relax.

normally when i cant sleep i take a long relaxing warm bath and use lavander bath oils this really makes you sleepy and i get an anazing nites rest !

Go to bed at the same time every day and get up at the same time. All lights and noises out. Put on some special relaxing music. NOT what you listen to. Buy one of those special relaxing CD’s. Then think of waterfalls, running water, and only good things.

Drink a cup of tea like an hour or so before you go to bed. They have sleepytime tea and things like that, I used to drink it all the time. Works great, its very soothing

fall asleep watching tv. turn on the tv and put on the sleep timer so that it will turn off on its own. it will help you keep your mind off things that may be keeping you awake

I do a variety of things.

1. Listen to relaxing music that you can find at http://www.filtermusic.net/
2. Get tired by watching TV. (boring tv :P )
3. Smoke some marijuana.. it helps you relax and fall asleep very fast.. and everything feels super good so yeah .. i would go with #3

yea me 2
i just listen to calming music, or take a half hour to relax your self. Sit or lye down for a while, and don’t move. Just take time to relax.
