I’m 18 and want to raise my growth hormone levels as high and fast as I can – if I’m right this’ll help me to grow taller before I’m about 21?

well u just play some sports and lift weights..
as they release endorphines and good chemcials in your body.
u cannot really control your height.. but u can greater your chances of growing taller.. but its in your genes

Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) triggers insulin. As long as you remain <9 grams of carbs per hour, you will maintain insulin control. I see you’ve done some research. The previous comment is not correct – consuming lots of carbohydrates and less protein will ensure that you don’t grow taller. One of the primary reasons asian people are short – their diets consist primarily of carbohydrates(rice).
Anyway: To increase your HGH will not necessarily mean you’ll grow taller. However, I can tell you how you can grow taller: Increase your HGH levels AND do stretching exercises. That’s the working combination here. HGH levels can be increased by a simple protein diet.
