Question by : How to get sleeping pills out of system?
I took two over the counter sleeping pills (comparable to unisom) instead of one because one usually doesn’t help. Now I feel like the pill has made me so jittery and out of it, its preventing me from relaxing and falling asleep. Is there any way to flush some of the medicine out of my body? Or a way to help relieve these uncomfortable side effects?
How can I ease these uncomfortable side effects?

eat a spoonful of mustard. That should help, but the rest is time.

Unfortunately, the drug has already been absorbed into your bloodstream if it’s giving you symptoms. There is nothing you can do to flush it out, except just wait and ride it out.
