Try going on a vegan diet 1500 calories a day jog everyday for 15 minutes
That’s nearly impossible. Say your daily diet consists of 2200 calories. you’re gonna need to get it down to about 1000 calories. and run on a treadmill at like 7 mph for a good hour and a half everyday. And that still will probably only get you to like 15 -17 pounds lost.
WTF. Girls. you need to stop eating haha. DONT TAKE THAT SERIOUSLY. Hit the gym that all. If you can lift some weights, thats good. Lifting weights makes you sweat like a mofo. even if it is little amounts of weight. and diet. Just eat meats. and fruits and veggies and fruits. Your best weight loss secret is……… STAY AWAY FROM CARBS, breads cake all that crap. trust me fruits and veggies and dairy products will be enough carbs and sugars for you. IF YOU WANT CARBS eat oatmeal with fruit its delicious. And stay away from fats. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Unless youre on a keto diet. And youre a body builder then stay away from fats. Plus why would you want to lose weight your picture looks cute
One pound is 3,500 calories. So you need to cut 70,000 calories from your diet over the next two weeks. No one can cut that much, most people only eat 2,000-3,000 a day. If you want to lose weight, cut calories, eat healthfully (whole grains, lean meats, fruits and vegetables) and get active. Plan on losing 1-2 lbs per week.
If you need to be somewhere 20 lbs less in 2 weeks, you can make it – maybe 5 with water weight, and then buy a shaping garment.
