Diet and exercise. Get no more than 15 grams of sugar a day. Get at least 60 minutes of rigorous exercise a day, eat smaller portions and get a lot of fiber.

I’ve been in your situation so I totally understand. The best thing to do is just portion you’re food. Now I’m not saying to starve your self!! Just eat less, in a more spread out amount of time and try not to eat after 6:00pm. And add some exercise. But always remember you’re beautiful, and shouldn’t worry about other peoples opinions(:

High fiber diet such as fruits and vegetables cut out your carbs such as chips and bread. Mix that combination with jogging or some type of cardio and you should be able to lose the weight fast. You have to commit to such a lifestyle though as it is not for the lazy of heart.

Losing weight in someone so young is not straight forward and will require medical/dietetic supervision. Even in adults the average weight loss is only 9-15lbs a year, so this is a long term lifestyle issue, requiring both an appropriate diet and very regular vigorous exercise.

Eat healthy foods every day, but give yourself one cheat day a week where you can eat goodies. Think of what people ate before foods were preserved–so try to eat fresh, unadulterated foods like lean meats, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits, yogurt. Walk an hour a day. Buy some 5# & 10# weights and find a workout routine online or ask your gym/PE teacher for a few ideas. The biggest thing is to stay positive–you are starting early & the earlier you start, the better chance you will make fitness a way of life for you! Try to find a buddy or ask your mom to join a fitness center with you. Physical stamina = mental stamina! Stay strong & most of all: DON’T QUIT!

Visit your local library and check out fitness videos that focus on cardio and strength training. You can borrow them for free! Ask your parents if you can take a multivitamin for teens. Also walking really helps with weight loss. Speak with your parent(s) or guardian about your weight loss goals. Get involved after school by volunteering and also do volunteer work in the summer that involves movement. Start a dog walking business to keep you moving and have fun and you’ll also be giving someone a break while your getting in some exercise. Most of all have fun, live life, love who you are, and lose the weight for you, for your personal health and happiness.

walking is great, they suggest for you to walk as much and as soon as possible, i wouldn’t diet just yet, but if y-ou are eating healthy and walking every day there shouldn’t be a problem losing weight

This is my plan, and in my first two weeks, I have lost five pounds. Start working out, whether at a gym or at home….you will be surprised how much better you feel. In addition to that, since you obviously have access to the Internet, log on to
