Sleep at the exact same time every day.
whatch a really boring movie, read a boring book, or get really tired and dont think of anything
I am so not trying to be nasty but masterbation works
Hot shower and a book, while laying in bed. (Not the shower in bed, just the book!)
run for a mile 2 hours before you sleep then take a hot shower that always does it for me and if you drink coffee or any caffeine products cut down them.
I drink 6 bottles of beer before going to bed. I go to sleep quick but wake to go pee.
Drink milk, eat healthy foods, no caffeine after 6:00pm. Little excercise about 4 hours before going to bed.
Also try relaxing music, classics and water voices (for natural sleep inducement).
I hear noodles and from my experience make a person sleepy
lavender on your pillow or just be content when you go to bed life isn’t really that bad
exercise a few hours before bed time. It’ll wear you out.
Try taking a warm bath or drink some hot cocoa. Counting sheep works too. Try not to think too many thoughts.
First get comfortable and then just keep your eyes closed till you go to sleep.
Studies show 72% of people feel asleep faster and had pleasant dreams after eating cheese just before bed.
Studies also show you sleep better if you stick to a routine before bed. Try doing the same things every night in the same order, and, if possible, at the same times.
Listening to soft, quiet music with little to no drum or base in it helps some people, as well.
Oh, studies also show smelling vanilla helps people sleep better.
Hope it helps.
get a really borin book
I’ve been there honey. Lavender oils on your pillow works well – just a few drops. Before you go to sleep, take a few minutes without any TV or book and just be quiet. Take a facecloth and soak it in iced water put it just above your neck on the back of your head. Leave it there for a couple of minutes and repeat in your head “Cold and Heavy” when you’re done snuggle into bed.
Check out (http://www.reducingstress.net/ ) there is a lot of great content and information on the subject there.
Also the stresseraser is a great product to help you sleep. You can find it at (http://www.buystresseraser.com )
I’ve always found that warm milk works. Either that or pixie stix and Mountain Dew.
exercise then take a quick shower, rest on a clean bed then read a book or watch a lousy movie on TV. do’nt count sheeps because when you lose count you’ll need to stay awake to count again.
if all these do not work, go to the next bedroom so you’ll have company the rest of the night.
