Question by a: How do you get more sleep? [without using sleeping pills]?
On weekends, I would catch up on sleep[and sleep in until like 9-11 am] because I sleep for 6-8 hrs on weekdays. Now, I wake up at 7:30 on weekends[on weekdays, I wake up at 7] and I feel more tired. I try going back to sleep but it doesn’t work. My bedtime is around 10:30 pm to 12 am since sometimes I have a hard time sleeping.

i think 6-8 hours is a good amount of sleep already.
usually people can’t sleep as well when they are always doing something and always planning something. if that’s the case with you, you need to relax.
