Question by A guy: How do you die with sleeping pills?
Hey! I heard that people who try to kill themselves by sleeping pills fail many times because they ingest too many pills at once and so their stomachs eject the pills by vomiting, is that correct? how do people who succeed in killing themselves this way usually take the pills? Thanks!

Yeah it is correct. I do know how to kill yourself with sleeping pills, but I’m not going to tell you…Listen…is it really worth it? You may be depressed adn want to die…but think about it this way…some day your pain will be rewarded with so much happiness…all you need to do is wait it out and i can promise you that everything will be okay eventually…

No matter how bad you situation is, you must remember that others have survived – and even thrived – under worst circumstances. Life is often painful and even horrible, and people we love and trust can and do break our hearts. We have no control over what other people do. We can only control the way we chose to react to the suffering they cause us.
I speak from experience – having survived two suicide attempts at the ages of 12 and 15. I won’t bore you with the horrors that led me to these attempts at such an early age. But I will tell you I am glad I survived them, and lived to eventually have children of my own who were raised with love and empathy and never for a moment have wondered if anyone loved them.
Take out a piece of paper and make a list of pros and cons for ending your life. You must have unfulfilled dreams – places you want to go, people you’d like to meet, things you’d like to accomplish. There must be someone in your life who would be devastated if they could never see your face again. There must be someone in your life you would never want to put through this pain. And if there is not presently such a person, chances are there will be one day – but you’ll never get to meet them – and to love them and to have them love you – if you end your life now.
I hope you are writing a research paper – and laughing over how I am worrying about a nameless stranger. I would ask to follow up with you – but I am on the road in a few hours to drive 800 miles to be with a friend whose young son was in an accident and is now paralyzed from the neck down.
