LOL i have wanted one forever too. I used to do 2000 sit ups a day to get it too, but i talked to some trainers and they all said i dont have the right body type. Im not fat at all im 8% body fat, but some ppl cant get them.
PIlls dont work!
Here’s the deal, you need to mix up your ab routines to get a fully developed mid-section. Alot of people think relying on sit-ups will create a defined 6pack, however, sit-ups really only focus on the upper abs, an area that is least prone to gather fat. The lower abdominals and obliques though, are in an area prone to store fat. If you want to chisel away any “insulation” and reveal an incredible midsection you will need to do 3 things.
1) Make sure you are eating healthy. This doesn’t necessarily apply to you as you are young and your metabolism is high, but creating a good habit young is much easier than trying to break a bad one later in life.
2) Switch up your ab routines.
– Lower abs – try laying on your back with your arms by your side and your palms on the floor. Keeping your hips on the floor, lift your legs up until they are perpendicular to the floor and then lower back down again. If your lower abs aren’t very strong, try a slight bend in the knees. Begin with 10, move up as needed
– Obliques – If you have dumbells, while standing place your right hand on your head and hold the dumbell by your side in your left hand. Keeping the waist down vertical, and slowly tilt to the left, letting the dumbell move in the line in would follow if you dropped it. This should stretch your right obliques. Begin with 10, same as above.
3) Don’t slack off. The definition you give your abs wears off alot faster than the time it takes to get them where you want. Obviously you want to take breaks during the week, but don’t go a few weeks at a time without exercising them.
There are plenty of other lower ab and oblique techniques, just search the web for them. Obviously, most exercises will require gym equipment, but the vast majority of effective exercises can take place in your home with minimal equipment.
Good luck
eat and work out longer and maybe a couple yrs that shit will pay off
