Question by Brittany: How can I make myself stick to dieting/exercising?
I don’t understand what my problem is.
I’m constantly complaning about this pouch i have, but I can never stick to dieting, or exercising every week day like I plan to.
Any tips on how I can stick with it, or tips on what I can do to lose weight faster without spening too much time or money?

Thank you so much.

Take it one day at a time. A good diet program to look at is http://www.rotatingyourcarbs.com
It’s a much safer alternative to low carb dieting.

I know its hard im going through that same feeling myself :/
but the way i try to do it is to change your eating healthy but not a drastic change, a step at a time so you have time to adjust.
and make exercising fun, set your self targets like swimming so many laps, joining a gym and so on,
good luck

u dont need to diet u just need to eat smaller portions and eat healthier foods

like lets say you want to make a PBJ use whole grain instead of white

or buy 0% fat plain yogurt and add jam to it

eat healthy meats such as salmon

eat brown rice instead of white basically eat whole grains instead of processed food

season and bake your vegetables

listen to music while u exercise and keep updating ur ipod so u dont get bored maybe even make a dance routine (really gets u pumped and it makes a good workout cus u get tired and sweaty and sore after you do it, meaning ur building muscles and it works different parts of ur body)

drink green tea it gives u alot of energy

if u need a drink with a taste drink juice instead of soda

run outside wherever you can run and do it for 30 minutes a day 5x per week

build up ur metabolism by doing a lot of exercise and eating more frequently

do crunches and sit ups and pushups and planks at home
