Question by Nerds Rule!: How can I kick start my weight loss again?
I’m stuck at a weight loss plateau. I keep losing/gaining the same 3 pounds. How can I start losing weight again?

Try reducing your calorie intake by 200/day. Green tea extract combined with fish oil/omega 3′s and CLA may help alot.

If you’re under 1200 calories, you need to be eating 1200 calories minimum. Less puts you into starvation mode.

Exercise more.

Join a Gym. I did, I have a tendency to go there, especially since I am paying for it. I go everyday after work, and on the weekends. I have never felt better or looked better.

join wrestling or just go to a high school wresling practice n practice if u try u lose 5 lbs a day if u dont u lose 2 lbs

Once you loose the weight you want then you think that you have made it to the finish line and start those bad eating habits again, the same thing you did to drop the weight you have to do to substian it.
