Hello All. Im looking for something I can do to help reduce the appearance of my first forehead wrinkle! Good Grief! Im 30 years old and didnt figure Id be dealing with this so soon. Anyhow, its right between my eyes (the wrinkle you get when you scrunch your eyes as if youre surprised or shocked to hear something) and fairly deep set. I not interested in extreme treatments like botox, I want to “grow old gracefully”, without the help of a medical spa at least. BUT…if there is something I can be doing to slow it down, reduce it, prevent it from inviting friends…well that would be great. I would be open to an over the counter wrinkle cream, but only if someone has had successful results with the product. Otherwise, Im not sure I can beleive they work. Thanks for the ideas!

Remember when your mom said “don’t make that face, it will stay that way”. The wrinkle you describe is an expression line. Topical therapy, even Retin A, is unlikely to be successful. The reason Botox helps is that it paralyzes the muscles that make the expression so the wrinkle is less noticeable. I think for this one it’s Botox or acceptance.

I think using anti-wrinkle cream it depend on person. I alway use olay but my friend use Neutrogena.
