Question by Mandy: Have you ever tried Magnolia Bark for anxiety?
I’ve done some research and have found out that a proper dosage of Magnolia Bark can be more effective than Valium without the sedative effects.

Have you tried this, and did it work? When you were using it, how many milligrams were you taking in?

I have not tried it, but my friend’s mom did.

She has been taking Magnolia Bark for about 8 months and she said it is the only thing that has ever really worked for her anxiety and depression. She said she had tried many prescription drugs for her anxiety problem but with little luck.

Magnolia bark has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine for anxiety and depression. It is also quite a strong antioxidant.

The usual dosage recommendation for magnolia bark is 3-9 grams, but that is not something to follow. My friend’s mom’s body may differ from yours, so please follow the dosage instructions on the bottle.

I hope you get better!
