There are no magic pills. The proper way to lose weight is improving the quality of what you eat and the way you eat it and the physical activity increase. Even if any pill or liquid worked, unless you change your diet, you will gain it all back plus more.
Eliminate junk foods of little nutritional value. Low fat, low sugar, high fiber is best. Diet soda causes you to gain weight – now shown by 3 or more studies. Eat slowly – it takes 20 minutes to feel satisfied. Whole grains and vegetables should be the primary food and supplement with skim milk and lean proteins. Watch calorie counts.

As to Apidexin, caffeine raises heart rate and it is in it. The only ingredient on the list that has been clinically proven is Forslean. Only one study was carried out and this was on 6 women. If you do not change your eating and increase exercise the best affects with pills like this are minimal. There have been almost no studies of the side effects of the pills. There are no appetite suppressants in it. The pills are very expensive. The increased water you require is a positive and if it gets you to eat better and exercise, then that is one possible benefit. There are reports of people losing weight, staying the same, and gaining weight. The probable reason is that those they change their diet and exercise lose weight.
