I know moderation and working out is key but what can I do to speed the weight loss up for the first 2 weeks?

You should try a good diet pill. It will kick your weight loss into overdrive. Drink plenty of water when you work out! Good luck!

eat small meals divided up throughout the day consisting of foods high in protein and low in fat and sugars. for exercising do circuit training
