Please don’t use pills. People die from it and the side effects list can go on forever. You wont lose your muscles or look anorexic if you do 30mins of jogging everyday in conjunction with a healthy high protien diet. So a lot of chicken, milk, beeft, eggs…. This will maintain your muscles and give it what it needs while you burn fat as you jog. The muscles in your body all rely on protien.

NO.
I wondered the same, so i bought some.
After a month it did NOTHING.
Honestly, working out and eating right i lost 35 pounds
in 6 weeks – i know i know, that’s not what doctors call healthy.
But i feel fantastic and haven’t gained a POUND back.
Diet pills don’t work. I have tried just about every single one.
Lipozene is the popular one = it put me in the hospital.
Acai berry is also the big hit this year, but it is a scam and
didn’t work for me or six others i know who gave it a try.
Please don’t try diet pills, 98% of them don’t work, and will even make you
sick and harder to lose weight in the future (Some ruin your metabolism!!)

Diet Pills are not safe. They have many side effects. Exercise instead and eat right.

Seaweed and raspberry extract. Really?
You know what you have to do.
Alli is the only over the counter weight loss pill approved by the FDA. There are only three prescription weight loss medications approved.
Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $ 60 billion a year industry in “weight loss” supplements? People would be lined up without all the slick advertising.
The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market.
Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
You will be spending somewhere between $ 2 and $ 4 per day on a product that is not approved or guaranteed to do anything!
They don’t sell this junk in regular stores because they would have to refund you and the retailer when you returned the product because it doesn’t work. Profits are based on making it too difficult for people to return the product.
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
Good luck.
