How does it work? & what kind do you suggest. A girl in my school is using hydroxycut and she lost over 16 pounds in three weeks.

Diet pills help you loose weight. More of a weight loss booster than a sole weight loss source. It conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise plan you will lose weight faster than diet and exercise alone.
