Question by The Pessemist.: Does Diphenhydramine (Sleep-eze sleeping pills) work well?
I want to get my sleeping cycle back to normal so I bought Diphenhydramine sleeping pills. I want to know if this will actually help (I took 25mg). I took it about 15 minutes ago but so far I don’t feel it very much. Do I just have to give it more time? I weight 120 pounds, if that helps. Thanks!

Yes if you are not allergic they work.
