Question by Victoria,: Does APIDEXIN (a diet pill) work?
This is my third question posted today about different diet supplements. But I’m very eager to lose weight! I’m tired of being insecure. And having such low self-of-steam!

Please help this 15 year old girl! :)

i never tried apidexin but i know someone who is on it and she is really skinny

please dont use diet pills. your too young to be using them and you could seriously hurt yourself.

i used to take diet pills when i was 14 and it threw me out of wack, i couldnt sleep or eat, i felt light-headed and grumpy all of the time. theyre very un-natural and if taken improperly, can kill you.

If you want to lose weight you need to eat a healthy diet. DONT STARVE YOURSELF! It will actually slow down your metabolism instead of speeding it up, which will result in you gaining more weight in the end (though you may look thinner for a short time)

-drink lots of water. about 4 glasses a day – this will increase your metabolism. its also good for your skin
-eat alot of protein. Fish and eggs contain tons of protein and omega-3s which are excellent for you. Try salmon.
-eat a sufficient amount of fiber. i dont suggest supplements because you could throw your digestive system out of wack. There are tons of cereals that contain alot of fiber along with certain breads and rolled oats.

-make sure you eat very small portions throughout your day, but twice as much. Instead of eating 3 big meals, eat 6-8 very small meals.

-Do some minor strength training. Sit-ups, push-ups, etc. The increase in muscles will burn away fat faster than you think. Since you are still young you’ll probably see results as fast as a week.

-Do some cardio. Running is the most effective. Run until you feel a slight burn. If you get in the habit you’ll sleep better, wake up more energized, have more energy throughout your day, have better brain function, AND lose weight.

If you improve your diet and exercise you will without a doubt lose weight. You wont have to wait very long for results i promise, your young so itll happen in no time at all

the effects of diet pills are usually temporary and very unhealthy. you just lose water weight, i know how you feel but please take my advise. i was once in your shoes.

You can lose weight if you tried right way. I tried many way, but could not lose weight. I found the best way that works amazing for anyone. I lost my weight easy using this diet way. Most people don’t realize how much waste can be trapped inside our bodies. Experts estimate that most people have 10-15 of waste trapped to the inside of their colon walls. Imagine how unhealthy this is with all these toxins sitting inside us. Oprah had a guest on her show that talked about how we need to make sure that we clean our bodies of this rubbish.

This diet pill is very effective no doubt. When I was using it, if felt uncomfortable after using it for a few weeks. Some one suggested me to try Phentramin-D diet pill.
