I wouldn’t recommend any type of ‘diet’ pill. Aerobics can lower your % of body fat, and is a much healthier alternative to fat burners. If you stay away from carbonated drinks (soda) and sodium, it will prevent your body from retaining water. I suggest stop taking the pills if you are experiencing these “side-effects” and to start with aerobics. You don’t have to go buy many dvd’s or anything. You can do dance aerobics, step aerobics, amongst many others that will raise your heart rate and melt away body fat. Hope this helps!! Take care and be safe. Definitely think about not taking those pills, especially if you feel like you are feeling adverse effects.
They run down your immune system, so you feel weaker as your body works overtime to keep you healthy. They’re really not great for you. Clean up your diet and aviod processed foods and you’ll have those abs year-round.
