No, Just a healthy diet and exercise plan for life works, it’s a monday to monday thing, not 3 days a week, every day, I give myself 1 day a week off to eat anything I want, but still exercise

Some of them work but it’s best to have multivitamin supplements or (safe) diet pills plus a diet and exercise instead of just relying on the product. Do you need any (lifetime/long-term) diet and exercise plans?
