Question by partay!: Diets?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
I am a sad, overweight, 13 year old girl. I need some diets that are ok for me. I do exercise, but i tend to eat way more with out controlling myself. HELP ME!!!!!

how much do you weigh?

i think you should drink a lot of water and do about 50 situps a night and do about 15 push ups.controll your eating. and avoid fried foods.

Definitely, Atkins. You can eat all the meat, cheese, cream, butter, and fats that you want, you just stay away from sugars (carbohydrates). Plus, you loose weight really fast. Just make sure to eat lots of fat, but no sugars. The body naturally is made to process fats, but sugars with the fats will clog the arteries and cause massive weight gain.
