Question by Friend: Can you go to rehab for sleeping pills and escapism such as tv?
I’ve been addicted to sleeping pills for about 3 years; sometimes taking 12 maximum strength pills a night.
I’m also constantly on the computer or watching tv because I hate my life, I use it as an escapism. Cna you go to rehab for something like this? Is there anywhere I can go?

Sounds to me like you’re trying another escape by ‘going somewhere’. First things first. Find a therapist. Tell the person your issues. Together you decide on a course of action. This isn’t the forum for long term fixes.

first of all addiction is all in the mind anybody can just stop doing something if your addicted you have a weak mindset and why the hell are takeing sleeping pills do u get high off of them or something but seriously if you think your life sux then get off ur ass and do something about it
