Question by L G: Can someone provide some insight about ephedrine, caffeine and nicotine interactions?
I took all 3 and feel weird now. Is this dangerous and how long until it completely wears off?

Let’s see, I’ll take three different stimulants and see what happens to me. Oh no, I feel weird. What did you expect? Drink plenty of water to flush them out of your system.

I took them, and now I need to find out if I’ll be OK. Why not ask if you’ll be OK *before* you take them?? Makes sense, doesn’t it?
It’s not dangerous as long as you keep your dosage at a reasonable level. 24mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine (try to keep the smokes down, but well that’s just general health). It is expected and normal that you would feel “wierd” if you’r enot already used to it, and the wierd is coming from the ephedrine alone. The others help, but if you hadn’t taken the ephedrine you wouldn’t feel wierd right now.
How long til it wears off? about 4 hours after ingestion if all taken at the same time. If you took more than 24mg of ephedrine perhaps longer. Drink lots of water when you’re taking Ephedrine and Caffeine together, you’re body needs it.
(Measure your heart rate right now and compare to normal to see why you are feeling wierd. This is again normal and expected with ephedrine)
