Just do a real workout.
People used to practice a much healthier regimen than we do today. Now, all we eat are chemicals. So the choice really is, do you want to eat all these foreign toxins and get it out of your system naturally (working out, eating locally grown food/ pasteurized meat) meanwhile building your metabolism and muscle… or eat the bad stuff and pile more bad stuff (“isopure zero carb and glutamine and amino fuel and apidexin”) at the same time and destroy your bones and overall health?
Which makes more sense?
