Question by vball lover: Can Ephedrine and Hoodia help me lose 30lbs in 1 month?
Please dont tell me that it is unhealthy. I dont care. I know the risks so save your time by typing them in. I would just love to know if it can help me becuase i just bought some products today. Thanks for all the comments and advise!

Only if you excersize 2hrs. per day, six days a week and are on a strict diet. Sounds like hell to me,and that’s before the arithmia that the drugs are going to give your heart. But hey! you don’t care!!

yes. they can also “help you” go to the ER.
The only thing that will help lose wight is a lifestyle change. Exercise in a way where you burn more calories than you eat. Restrict your eating, but make sure you get all the nutrients you need.
Pills will not help you because you’ll lose weight at first then you WILL gain it all back, if not more.
