Question by Learning is fun!: Besides a sleeping aid, how can I get to sleep tonigh after eating chocolate?
The caffeine in chocolate keeps me up, and I think that´s why I cannot sleep. I don´t have a sleeping aid, and have class in the morning and have to get up in 6 hours.

Sit away from your bed/bedroom if you’re restless in bed. Try reading a book (non work related), or listening to relaxing music. As soon as you feel sleepy, get into bed. Lying awake in bed just aggravates things. And no2, don’t eat chocolate before bed!!! Bonne nuit hopefully!
