Question by Delcroix F: Are those fat binders, burners and appetite suppressant a complete scam?
Do they really work ? If they were such a scam, they would be illegal wouldn’t they ?
Moreover, why does FDA never approve that kind of supplements ?
Thank you,
cheers.
Frankie.

The only one I know of that works is RedLine. But it’s prety dangerous stuff. The whole bottle is in tiny print for a warning lable.
I used it to stay awake for days at a time whilst working the long 16 hr shifts and couldn’t sleep.
Im gonna say it works, too good.

there a scam be- they are allowed because they wont kill you – ur better off to follow a diet that is low in calories and has complex carbs and fruit and vegetables lean meat fish or chicken and the most important meal of the day breakfast –
who knows why the FDA approves these things i suppose they cover themselves ( the products ) cause they say seek the advice of a doctor and in cinjunction with a calorie controlled diet
losing weight = calories (kjs) in + regular exercise of 30 min or more each day
No you can and will lose pounds… but not in weight, in sterling from your bank account and purse. None of them work, if they did they would be available from your Dr and there wouldn’t be an obesity epidemic.
Yes, they’re a scam. They’re not illegal because they call themselves “dietary supplements” to avoid regulation.
The reason the FDA doesn’t approve them is that they have to be proven to be safe and effective.
1. They are herbal supplements. They do not need FDA approval.
2. Are they scams ? Some are. But who will say Alli is a scam ? Nobody. It’s proved to work, like some other pills. Once again, before you do your own shopping, think a bit before you purchase and try to make an intelligent choice.
If you need sources, there are tons of review sites. Most of them will agree on a dozens of products, not more.
