There is no such thing as a “fat burner.” you actually have to put in the effort to lose weight.

Yes adipex my bf has been taken it for 5 weeks and he went from 318 to 269 without exercising. It really works.
1 fat burner is…. weights! Make sure you are eating enough to satisfy your muscles… i.e. at least 1200 calories for women, 1500 for men. Strength training with weights is more than enough to make the fat burn off if you are eating an adequate amount of food for your weight and goals. It will blast off if you are seriously doing it. Don’t over work yourself with it either. I personally do 30 minutes one day of strength training and the other day I walk for 30 minutes as fast as I can and the days go back and forth.
Also keep a food diary, you’ll have a lot more fun and success with this if you do everything correctly. I promise you. I know you may be thinking “ewww weights!” but it is very essential for long-term/life long weight loss. To rid yourself of fat requires a triple attack of: proper nutrition/diet, strength training and light cardio.
Basically the equation is calories in, calories out. Forget the pills. Cut back on very high calories foods like sugar and alcohol [this includes candy bars,'energy' drinks and even some breakfast cereals]
Make sure that any sugar you have is sugar you add, not what the manufacturer adds, read the label. You are not going to instant weight loss except with water loss and that isn’t good for you. Work out a diet program (without completely dropping anything) and an exercise program and plan months ahead.
