Yes, there are some – in particular, pills that go under variety of brand name – including something like “Good night” or ‘Sleeping aid’ or other such – basically, the same stuff as that “PM” in Tylenol PM minus of course the Tylenol.
You could also try Valerian roots (an herb) or melatonin, both to be found in the supplements area.
Alteril. Though I got used to it after a while. If you don’t have really huge sleeping problems, it might work for you. It’ll definitely work if you only use it occasionally.

Try Nytol it’s herbal i find that very good!
