Question by FREAK OF NATURE: Are there any food out there that are natural fat burners?
I’ve lost alot of weight recently and i want to keep going. I’ve been very careful about how i do it so i don’t hurt myself too. Are there any foods that help accelerate weight loss that you know of.

yea…….use garlic daily nd lemons….
Some nutritionists swear that spicy food speed up your metabolism. So trying to add some into your diet can’t hurt. Try tortilla chips and salsa for a quick and spicy snack. Or add a couple of drops of hotsauce to your next meal.
there is evidence that spicy foods can increase your metabolism. i regularly use things like hot sauce, salsa, cayenne, and red pepper flakes in my meals. don’t be fooled though into thinking that there is any one thing that you can consume that will be your solution. that is the american mindset about a lot of things… but your longterm success will come from your overall healthy diet and regular exercise.
when shooting for weight loss, it’s more about what you aren’t eating than what you are eating. a lot of what you hear on tv about weight loss food products is grounded in getting people to not eat unhealthy stuff… for example, look at the special-k ads. they say you lose weight by eating 2 bowls of their cereal in place of two of your 3 daily meals. there is nothing special about the cereal, you would lose weight because you aren’t eating a cheeseburger and fries for lunch instead.
I don’t know of any reliable and safe fat burners but there has been alot of positive research regarding the natural supplement “Chitosan” and its effects on blocking fats and therefor enables the body’s ability to lose more weight efficiently..
