I don’t know about pills and stuff but for food pineapple is the best natural fatburner there is, because of the acids, i guess, but not sure!!! Be sure not to eat a whole one all at once, because that actually burns your tongue … believe me, i did it… and will never do it again!!!

No, all they do is use ingredients that are less appealing to taste and much smaller portions. The only thing they help you do is portion control. Stick to exercise and a food eating habits. 90% of the weight lost is just what you eat. Your metabolism comes from exercises and helps you lose weight.
Yes! The much famed Oolong tea as seen on Oprah. But don’t buy it online go to an asian supermarket and look for it on the shelf at about 1 /10th of the cost.
There are quite a few that work, however they must be used in conjunction of working out. They create a thermogenic environment which can burn any where from 3-4lbs per week as compared to 1-2lbs per week with regular workout. Try redline, or lipo 6, any thing that is scientifically proven to be thermogenic. Hope this helps.
