I am 220 pounds and 5’10″ i wanna lose at least 30 lbs but diet and exercise is really slow
i do weights but i wanna lose this weight fast , Is apidexin safe for me? If it isnt can you tell me another powder or pill for me?

i don’t believe any powder or pill is completely safe for you. eating right and exercising is the safest thing you can do with no risks. i know it is hard but u can do it.
