First of all no fat burner is going to help if you don’t have your diet in check. It will make or break any workout plan and added supplements. Hydrocycut and lipo 6 are primarily made of stimulants that can help curb appetite(less calories) so you can shed some extra fat. Secondly if you are not burning enough calories with your cardio it will be also hard to shed those pounds. Thirdly you said you have put on muscle. Good for you so your metabolism is warmed up. Keep with your weights, they not only build muscle but the more muscle you have the more calories you can burn at a resting rate which will be significantly higher than a hour work out vs. all day. Thirdly you really don’t need to use fat burners unless everything else has been met and you just need a little bump. When you stop taking these you will find your appetite returns and your heart rate decreases. Not a great long term plan. Eat less, move more!!!!!! They all work together none of them have been proven to work very well on there own. Good luck.

The key to this really is thyroid levels and medication. You can exercise and diet and if thyroid levels aren’t right, you won’t lose. You need the first thing in the morning TSH around 1.0 if you are on T4 (Synthroid or Levoxyl) Also, you must be converting T4 to T3. You can find out by having a free t3 test. It should be midrange or above. If its not, you are a poor converter and may be helped by a T4/T3 medication like Armour or Thyrolar.
