Question by : Any advice on how to get some sleep? I really dont like to take sleep pills?
Just any home remedies. thanks for all your answers.

You can try listening to music, drink some decaf tea, watch a movie, and a number of other things. But, I have found that those above are helpful. I hope you can get some sleep. :)

Ask your doctor if you personally can take Melatonin. See if its safe to take with any other medications you may be taking. CALL your doctor and ask him.
