Question by Nisey: about how many benadryl pills should be good to help me sleep?
so i got a sleeping disorder, and i have a lot of hard time falling asleep evrynight i cant get sleeping pills from my doctor beacause I am already on a lot od differents medications, for allergy, pain, and so on. So i heard benadryl is good for sleep I got some so I was wondering how many should be good enough to make me tired. I useally need 2 take like 4diff pills for them to affect me would that be to much.

2 before bed, or hour before bed, if you take more then that (which I use to do) will make you lose taste, and have your mouth complely dry
